Yujin Robot, the autonomous navigation solutions specialist, announced on the 25th the launch of GoCart 1000, a new standard model in their flagship autonomous mobile robot series.

Responding to the demand for AMRs in diverse environments, Yujin Robot has introduced a high-payload model, marking a powerful addition to their existing GoCart180, 250, and 500 series.

The GoCart1000, with its maximum payload capacity of 1000 kg, enables optimal automation systems across various environments requiring heavy-duty material transport, such as manufacturing facilities and logistics operations.

It automates the transport of heavy materials and finished products from production lines to warehouses, enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing productivity. Designed to accommodate Euro-pallet dimensions, it features an optional pallet lifting module, reducing dependency on traditional forklifts.

The robot navigates using Yujin Robot's proprietary robotics-specific 3D LiDAR, which generates high-density 3D spatial models for precise object detection and navigation. It features a 360-degree horizontal and 80-degree vertical field of view, with support for four selectable scanning modes.

Since obtaining the ISO 13482 safety certification in 2021, essential for European exports, Yujin Robot has been exporting its GoCart models internationally. The company is implementing factory automation systems and smart factory solutions in domestic enterprises, from large corporations to small and medium-sized manufacturing facilities.

Meanwhile, Yujin Robot is focusing on continuous expansion of its heavy-duty AMR lineup this year. The company plans to launch additional heavy-duty products in the second half of the year, including a 2-ton Custom AMR and new high-payload standard GoCart models. CEO Sung-Ju Park stated that the company has achieved global market competitiveness through world-class technology and certified safety systems, while reducing cost barriers through in-house component development. "We possess automation equipment and products applicable to diverse environments," he added.
