Yujin Robot (CEO Seong-ju Park), a specialist in autonomous logistics robots and comprehensive smart factory solutions, unveiled its new heavy-duty custom autonomous mobile robot (AMR) capable of transporting up to 2 tons at the Smart Factory + Automation World 2024 (SF+AW 2024) expo held at COEX in Seoul. The company also introduced the new GoCart 300 Omni, an autonomous logistics robot equipped with a nimble omnidirectional drive system.
Yujin Robot’s custom AMRs can be tailored to meet customer needs, with customizable units for payload capacity, chassis, driving method, drive units, and more.
The company demonstrated the newly unveiled heavy-duty custom AMR and GoCart 300 Omni at its booth.
A company representative stated, "The heavy-duty custom AMR showcased at the expo can accommodate up to 2 tons, and potentially up to 2.5 tons. Things are already in motion to supply this product to a major company." The low-profile AMR models within the custom AMR range can be produced in various capacities from 1 to 2 tons or greater, depending on customer requirements.
The newly introduced GoCart 300 Omni features omnidirectional wheels, enabling agile movement even in confined warehouse spaces.
Yujin Robot also presented the Robotization Package, a comprehensive package that easily transforms manual equipment into autonomous mobile robots. This package includes components such as 3D LiDAR, SLAM, navigation controllers, and safety controllers.
Yujin Robot is already recognized as a provider of comprehensive automation solutions in Europe and North America. The company expects that this exhibition will help introduce its smart factory and logistics automation solutions to more domestic clients.
